Where is Naturally Rugged located?

Our retail store is located at 123 Main Street in Erin, Ontario, Canada. Our manufacturing is just 2km north of our retail store.

What are your store hours?

Our store is open Monday through Saturday. Monday by appointment, Tuesday to Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday from 10pm to 3pm.

Do you offer customization?

Yes, we offer in house embroidery and printing. Please speak to a sales associate for more information.

Do you offer alterations?

Yes! Do you want a specific inseam? or a sweatshirt without cuffs? or pant without pockets? Since we make all the clothes in our warehouse, it is not a problem to make it to fit you! Modifications to existing patterns incur additional costs, please speak to a sales associate for more information.

Do you make any new styles?

Yes! We are always working to come up with new designs and colours we know you will love! Do you have an idea for a new style? drop us a line at info@naturallyrugged.ca and let us know!!

Why Does my Credit Card Statement say Kennedy House?

Our parent company is Kennedy House, a group of sewing companies, including Naturally Rugged, Kennedy Specialty Sewing and Kennedy's Flags.

How Much with my Shipping Charges be?

Orders are shipped via Canada Post and we charge a flat rate of $17.50 for up to 4 items. If you order more items, our shipping department will call you with shipping prices.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

We try to keep in stock most items and ship within one week (but can take up to 2 weeks), Canada Post could take up to 5 business days to reach you within Ontario. Special order items take 4-6 weeks plus shipping time. Out of stock items will be shipped ASAP, and you will receive notification if your items is out of stock.

I need to return an item.

We are 100% confident in our products and stand by each garment sold. If you find a product to be defective in materials or workmanship, simply return it with dated proof of purchase and we will gladly grant an exchange, repair or credit. No Refunds. Our policy, however, does not cover damage from customer alterations, unreasonable care, the natural degeneration of fabrics or other damages not arising from defects in materials or workmanship. Shipping charges are not refundable. To return an item, simply enclose a note with the item(s) you are returning letting us know who you are and how to contact you. Be sure to send your package within 30 days of purchase date via prepaid delivery to:
